1. I'm interested to offer Puja at Historical Holy Temple 'Mahatirth Kalighat' but how can I send payment ? - I don't have credit card.

Ans. : Pls. go to the Payment Option Page. There you can find different option for sending payments. Choose any one of them.

2. Your Charges are little bit higher in some cases ...

Ans. :

Unlike others, in most of the cases we send our own men to different temples for offering Puja or Pooja on behalf of you. Most other websites offering Puja or Pooja in different temples, depend just on temple 'pujari' with whom they fix a financial agreement for making and sending puja. In many cases they further off load this responsibility to other 'pandas'. By changing hands after hands in this way ultimately in many cases when your Puja ultimately reaches temple then the man who bring your Puja in the temple forget the actual purpose of your Puja. They forget to pray your desire and forget to chant your Gotra, Star etc. which are integral part of offering Pujas. In this case although they take comparatively lower amount but the problem is that in most of the cases at the time of your Puja nobody from the Puja service Provider's office physically present at the temple. As a matter of fact although they claim that their Puja is authentic but truely speaking there is a big question mark in these aspects...
In our cases, even just for a signle Puja our men travel even hundreds of miles in many cases to make your Puja authentic, proper manner and personalised. Even they wait for several hours on the queue to go in front of the temple deities for offering your Puja personally with the help of main prist. Standing infront of the temple idols they pray for your desires to be fulfilled. They are less professional minded for their own than seeking your bliss. This is perhaps an unparallel Puja service we are providing in this country. However, the traveling and other cost involvement is high and so our cost is, in some cases, comparatively high.
Puja is not just offering of flowers and others to temple deities. It should be mixed with earnest desire of a person which is called prayer. Puja and Prayer both are co-related factors which someone has to perform sincerely without fail to get the best result. Again these Puja and prayer is accompanied with some special "KRIYAs" which is done specially for you. After completing all these things properly, somebody can claim that PUJA has been done properly. As we send our own man to the temple so these factors are maintained with utmost care. As we offer personalised Puja so in this case your interest is save guarded.

3. What is the proof of Puja ?

4. What is personalised Puja ?

Ans. : Personalised Puja is a pattern of Puja services where each and every desire of you (as per your information ) is personally prayed for, incourse of your Puja, sitting or standing in-front of the temple deities. This thing is maintained with utmost care. Incourse of your Puja your Gotro (if any), Star etc is also chanted and prayed. In personalised Puja service your Puja is not losted to get attention in the crowed of many Pujas as happen in non-personalised Puja services. To make this thing to be happend properlly and authentically, we send our own man to the temple of your choice instead of depending on agents.

5. Do you really send your own man to temple of our choice (devotees' choice) for offering Puja ?

Ans. : Yes, we do that. In our cases, even just for a signle Puja our men travel even hundreds of miles to make your Puja authentic, proper manner and personalised. We always try to maintain this as strict principles. In few cases if the temple is thousands miles away and if we don't find our men in that region then sometimes we offer Puja through those men who according to our discretion make authentic Puja. In this case we keep our charges lower as the cost of traveling is not high.

6. What is the minimum time required for offering Puja ?

Ans. : In some cases within 24 hrs. and in some cases 72 hrs. We always try to find the auspicious timings for offering your Puja. Sometimes if we find that you don't have hurry and also within a few days there is an auspicious day then we try to offer your Puja on that auspicious day to derive a better divine result. According to Hinduism spiritual power is activated on auspicious day of respective God or Goddess.

7. I want to offer Puja on a particular day and a particular time - is it possible ?

Ans. : Yes it is possible. However, in this regard we would like to request you that pls. send the puja order at least 3 days before that particular day.

8. What is the delivery time ?

Ans. : Generally within 24 hrs. of offering Puja we ship (deliver) your after-puja-upachar. Now it generally take 48 hrs. to reach your home if your address within India. For over seas delivery it generally take 10 to 15 days to reach your home.

9. How do you perform Puja ?

Ans. : After receiving your Puja order which contains your name, date of birth, Gotro, Star, purpose of Puja and lastly your choice of temple or Puja, we send our own man to the temple of your choice to offer Puja. If it is a general Puja (i.e. not in a temple) then we arrange for that. In case of Homa puja we go to the temple for arranging or organising the Homa along with Puja.

10. Is it possible to send your man personally to a distant temples ?

Ans. : Yes, it is Possible for us. This is perhaps an unparallel Puja service we are giving in this country. Even just for a signle Puja our men travel even hundreds of miles to make your Puja authentic, proper manner and personalised. We always try to maintain this as strict principle. In few cases if the temple is thousands miles away and if we don't find our men in that region then sometimes we offer Puja through those men who according to our discretion make authentic Puja.

11. What is Homa and how do you perform it and what is he proof ?

Ans. :

Homa puja is Offering of Special Pujas for Peace, Happiness and to get rid of evil forces... This is

basically offering of intensive Pujas to different GODS and GODDESS. People go for Homa and Aradhana with belief in mind of getting a faster spiritual effect or result like - To get a peace and happiness in mind, peace at home (griha shanti) and workplace, For protection from miseries, fulfillment of wishes and for spiritual benefits. For prosperity, material abundance (money and wealth), and spiritual prosperity. For a speedy recovery from illness, To remove troubles that prevent us from starting a spiritual path or business. For getting married. For a smooth life, peace and harmony in the family, to improve family relations, for sustaining the family, for departed souls.

Homa and Aradhana is also done to remove - Evil Forces, obstacles and negative vibration around a person and family and work places that hinders the progress and prosperity, Business Losses, distress etc. It is a time consuming intensive Puja process which is done by creating a fire and inviting the spiritual power of deity.
